In addition to fees for keeping your rental Exogen beyond your rental period, the following are deductions that will be made from your deposit upon return.

Additional increments of 30 days or 30 uses will be billed at $50 per and deducted from your deposit.
This is our minimum rental period. If you decide to return the unit early
NO MATTER if you found out insurance would cover a new unit, you change your mind, you decide you want to get a different model of bone growth stimulator OR
If you doctor tells you for some reason that a bone growth stimulator is not for your application. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT on the rental

Excessive Hair or Soiling cleaning fee $39
Black spots on LED screen $125
( these are caused by dropping the unit, sitting or stepping on the unit or impacts to the screen) Note these show on the screen as dots, smudges or many other dark patterns
Cracked machine plastic Case or Screen $350
Units and accessories should be returned unsoiled with no odors.
Cancellation:
There are many reasons you may decide to cancel.
Be aware we do not accept insurance, and make no claims that you can get reimbursed by your insurance company for costs associated with ExogenRental.com
We are not affiliated with the manufacture of these units.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
You cancel before we pack or ship your order
$50 fee applies
You cancel after the order is packed AND before the order goes onto the UPS truck or into the UPS box
$100 fee applies
After the unit has shipped.

Our rental units are for human use only. They are not rented for use on animals.
We will not rent for animal use.
If we learn you are using these on animals, or you are a veterinarian, or the units are
returned with animal hair on them, your deposit will be forfeited.
ASSIGNMENT. The Lessee/Renter shall not assign or sublet the rented Exogen machine or permit the equipment to be used by anyone other than the renter with ExogenRentals.com consent.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through friendly negotiations amongst the parties. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, the parties will resolve the dispute using the below Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure http://www.mncourts.gov/Help-Topics/AlternativeDisputeResolution.aspx , unless the dispute or controversy meets the requirements to be brought before Minnesota’s small claims court.
Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, other than those excepted above, will be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is not successful in resolving the entire dispute or is unavailable, any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. The arbitrator’s award will be final, and any judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction within the State of Minnesota.
